The InverRent application and the inverrentapp.com website are provided by Salomón Senado Mizrahi, a sole proprietor registered for business activity. AppIndustri is a trade name. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens in your account. If you notice access you don't recognize, tell us immediately. Several apps let you see your devices with an open session and sign them out remotely.
You retain ownership of everything you enter. We don't use it for anything other than providing you the service. You can export it or delete it from the app.
Access at inverrentapp.com is an online, read-only view of your own account's information. It does not replace the app: entry, editing and deletion happen there. Signing out when using a shared computer is your responsibility.
If you enter other people's data —tenants, residents, partners, students, employees— you represent that you are legally entitled to process it and that you have complied with any notices required of you. With respect to that data you are the responsible party and we act as processor. You agree to hold us harmless from any claim arising from data entered without the authority to do so.
Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple account, under App Store terms. Renewal is automatic unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple account settings. Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. Prices may change with prior notice; a change never applies to a period already paid for.
Some features are assisted by artificial intelligence. Their output is informational and may contain errors. It does not replace the opinion of an accountant, an attorney, a financial adviser or a health professional. Before making a decision with consequences, verify the information with the appropriate source.
Our apps are record-keeping and control tools. They are not a certified accounting system, they do not file with any tax authority on their own unless an authorized provider is expressly connected, and they do not replace the books or receipts the law requires you to keep. The reports they generate are informational documents and not tax receipts.
We aim to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or failures at external providers. We recommend keeping your own backups of critical information; several apps include export for that purpose.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to compromise the security of the platform, to resell access without authorization, or to upload content you don't hold rights to. We may suspend an account that does so, notifying you of the reason.
The software, trademarks, names and designs are the property of Salomón Senado Mizrahi. You are granted a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use them while your subscription is current. No transfer of the code or of any right to modify or decompile it is made to you.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in this clause limits the rights consumer protection law grants you on a non-waivable basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Before any proceeding, the parties will seek to resolve the difference in writing over 30 calendar days through support@appindustri.com. Failing that, they submit to the competent courts of Mexico City. If you are a consumer, you fully retain your right to turn to Mexico's consumer protection agency (PROFECO).
We may update these terms. Material changes are published here with a new date and notified inside the app; in apps that keep a record, you will be asked to accept the new version.
